At the heart of Wilga Downs is our commitment to sustainable, ethical farming. Our angus cattle and damara sheep thrive on the lush pastures and fresh mountain air, resulting in marbled beef, and succulent lamb that’s a true culinary delight.

Our geese, ducks and chickens roam freely, snacking on all manner of plants, bugs and grubs, which make for delicious, high-protein golden egg yolks.

We pride ourselves on cultivating the finest quality produce, while employing organic practices to preserve the natural beauty of the land. We believe in harmonising human endeavours with the natural environment, ensuring that Wilga Downs remains vibrant and diverse for generations.
